What fees apply to SWIFT, IBAN, and international wire transfers?

Incoming SWIFT or IBAN wire transfers cost 1% with a EUR/USD 100 minimum. Outgoing SWIFT or IBAN transfers cost 1% plus applicable SWIFT/SEPA charges, also with a EUR/USD 100 minimum.
