Are Stripe transactions monitored?

Prominence Bank does not represent that it monitors the Stripe platform. Where third-party Stripe-related activity affects an eligible bank account, the Bank may review the related account or transaction activity under its standard compliance and account procedures, while Stripe applies its own terms and controls.
