Any fees deducted from your account signify that we have indeed provided the service, and you will see the corresponding transaction reflected in your account.
For instance, if a client sends a bank instrument via KTT to your account, we will not deduct any fees until we have successfully received that KTT transaction. If a fee does appear on your account, you can be certain that the KTT transaction will also be recorded.
We guarantee that you will not incur any fees if we do not provide the service for which you have fully paid. Upholding the integrity and responsibility of our bank to our clients is our top priority.
