ETMO operating framework
The license identifies the State of SCNRFP’s Diplomatic Extraterritorial Trade Mission Offices (ETMO) as part of the approved Foreign Diplomatic Jurisdictions from which the licensed banking activity may be conducted.

Clients and counterparties may independently verify the Bank’s licensing information through the State of SCNRFP official government website or by contacting the issuing authority through its published official communication channels.
